I made lots and lots of Christmas cookies this past week and have many more planned too. So as not to overwhelm you, I'm going to show them to you in sections :-) Today we have Penguins. My very first copper cookie cutter was a penguin from CopperGifts.com and really that started my whole obsession with cookie cutters and baking! Now about a year later, I have over 600 cookie cutters! So here's some adorable penguins to start off the Christmas cookies.

I finally went for a bike ride today after a bit of a hiatus from cycling. It was a great work-out and kicked my bum! 62 miles with over 2,600 feet climbed. It was a beautiful day out! I hope you are all enjoying your weekend and preparing for Christmas!
You are so right. These are all adorable. I love penguins and I think they make the cutest cookies. Good for you for getting out on the bike again. You certainly didn't take it easy after your hiatus!
