Polar Bear Cookies For Christmas

Did I tell you that I have a bit of an obsession with Polar Bears? Yep and Penguins too. 

I can't help myself. They are so darn cute! This one is my favorite. He is from CopperGifts.com

 Then I recently found this one. I can't seem to recall where. Oh wait... I have an entire spreadsheet of all my cookie cutters, their size and where I got them. You all do that right? I know I'm super weird. It says I found him at Sur La Table. I remember now. We were visiting Seattle (which I REALLY didn't like - sorry) and the thing that made it better is that hubby took me to a Sur La Table (which I had never been in before - sorry Mom) and I found this polar bear and a few others.

and I have a small, skinny polar bear, but you know how I like big cookies, so I didn't make him this year. I still have a ton of Christmas cookies that I want to make and still a ton of ideas that I'm sure I won't even get time to try, but who is actually planning on getting any sleep these last 13 days til Christmas anyway?!
