Boston Terrier Dog Cookies

A customer asked if I would make cookies for her dog's 6th birthday party. My cookies are for HUMANS, but she wanted cookies for the guests owners, so that worked out well ;-) She sent me a picture of her dog and a suggested design and I started by making a cookie cutter. Can you guess what type of dog?

 Okay then I'll show you....  Gabby is a Boston Terrier.

 I started by outlining the design

and  made lots of them

  and I filled in all the black areas and included a black birth mark at the top to match my customer's dog, Gabby.

I decided that I wanted a mini 2" dog bone cookie to go with them on the platter.

I made a couple of the Boston Terrier cookies for my daughter, Sarah too and included a cute flower on her head.

 and some dog bone cookies too

So then after I made these cute cookies, I just HAD to buy a cute shirt for my granddaughter, Abigail.

Last week was my dog's birthday and I made cookies to match him too. Coming soon.
