An Obsession With Polar Bears

Have I ever told you that I have a total obsession of polar bears? Several years ago, I hosted a birthday party for my daughter with the theme being penguins and polar bears. That is when my obsession began.  I made these polar bear cookies a couple months ago, but with so many cookie projects, I never got to post them. Well last night we actually had snow in California, so I figured it was time to post my fun polar bear cookies. So get ready because coming before you is a whole lot of fun polar bear cookies...

This is Paige the Polar Bear with her profile showing her winter hat and scarf. You can get Paige the Polar Bear to come to your house from HERE

and this is Caliope the Polar Bear with Winter Hat with a Wide Brim available HERE she is the same as Caliope the Snowman with Winter Hat
I made her first with a striped brim on her hat

and then I made Caliope with a striped hat too

Then I made Pixie the Polar Bear and she reminded me of a cute little bear that my little granddaughter Abigail would enjoy. Cookie cutter available HERE

and here is Piper wearing a winter hat with balls on the end of the hat. Available HERE

and you probably remember first polar bear cookie cutter that I made. This is Patty the Polar Bear with thick scarf available HERE

and here is Penny the Polar Bear with Winter Hat available HERE

and since I was on such a roll with making polar bear cookies, guess what I did with Seth the Sea Otter...
yep I turned Seth the Sea Otter into a super cute polar bear with bright blue eyes. I love him and I named him Patrick the Polar Bear available HERE

then I bagged up all my goodies (there were a lot of them) and gave them as cookie gifts.
So now that you've seen all these polar bears, do you have a new obsession with polar bears like I do?
and baby Aidan got into the polar bear spirit too!

Thank you to Amy of Happy Heart Studios for making me the custom digital paper pack for me to make this blog background today!

    1. I guess you'll have to tell me WHERE to find these pictures then because I went looking. I found a couple pictures of the outfit themselves, but only ONE picture of baby Aidan in a polar bear outfit :( and I loved the one of Abigail in her pig tails, so I chose that one. Hopefully soon I'll be able to get caught up on some fun cookies that match fun outfits and we'll both have to get better about taking more photos Missa Anne!

    2. I do, I do, I DO love polar bears!!! These are adorable! They ALMOST make me want to bring out my bear cutter & make some (since it's snowing here in Ontario), but I'm trying very hard to get into Easter cookie mode.....Those grandchildren are beautiful

    3. Well your focus is right Joni. If we all focus on Spring, maybe it will come sooner ;-) I'm glad I'm not the only one completely obsessed with polar bears! :-)
