Mason Jar Cookies and Finishing A Goal

I had a request for cookies for a 70th birthday party. We went over a few ideas and she finalized on Mason Jar cookies that say "Donna" established 1945. I had hoped to add in a fun centerpiece set of cookies with flowers above the mason jar cookie, but I made more than 70 of these cookies and ran out of time. Writing Donna in script and est. 1945 on each cookie was time consuming enough, but for some reason, I struggled with my icing getting clogged in the tiny decorating tip to no avail. I liked how they turned out and the customer was ecstatic and very excited to present them at her grandmother's 70th birthday party. Do you have some 2015 goals that you still need to finish off? One of my goals is to get 4,000 miles on my bike. I'm giving my all to finish off this goal and still make Christmas gifts and juggle my home office. I have 159 more miles to complete my goal. My son comes home from college in one week, so I'd love to finish that goal before he gets home to dedicate all our time to enjoying family and lots of Christmas baking. So what goals are YOU trying to finish up before the end of the year?

I used the jar cookie cutter from my bug collection of cookie cutters because it made for a wider/larger cookie. You can get the cookie cutter HERE

I better get out for a bike ride before it's too dark outside! 160 miles to go to finish my goal. Wish me luck!
