The baking community is making a stand in the fight against ALS thanks to the incredible Anita of Sweet Hope Cookies. She lost her brother to ALS and she is rallying the community for awareness and donations and support and inspiring each of us to make a difference. Anita challenged 3 bakers to join the challenge and each of those bakers challenged another 3 bakers. I was challenged by Tami of Tami Rena's Cookies and I was more than happy to accept the challenge. So I had fun with it. I love making cookies of new designs, so I got to play and have fun with this challenge. I bought my grandson a construction outfit and decided to make construction cookies for my ALS auction.

Construction cookies are all bagged & tagged for the winner of my ALS auction!
My friend Susan was the highest bidder of my ALS auction. She shared the cookies with friends. This photo is my friend Kathy. She said that her father worked at City of Santa Clara for many years so this construction worker reminded her of him.
Do you know someone with ALS? Have you made cookies for the challenge? Have you made a donation this year toward ALS? Thank you for all your support in the battle against ALS!
