I heard of a friend that was going through a tough time and needed to come up with money quickly to care for her sick dog. The cookie community came through and we all purchased items from her online shop, sent money through Paypal and sent cards of encouragement. I made her a fun dog card using scrapbook paper and when I saw how the card turned out so cute, I just had to make some cookies to match to send to her. I included some money and wrote that the gift was from Santa so that her son would feel the spirit of Christmas. Now that she's through the rough time, I think it's okay to share the cookies.

The picture of messy Abigail is about 1 1/2 years old, but since she's wearing a cute dog with bow shirt, I had to include it. My daughter and I are both super behind in organizing photos!
